Czech Republic: Prague’s cash ‘n’ culture clash Posted on May 8th
For one, the city of 1000 spires occasionally has too many spires on souvenirs. Along with Russian dolls and other items unrelated to Czech culture, they come from Russian workshops to be sold by Russian shopkeepers. Prague rang the bell on communism, but Russians ring up the cash registers today.
